Simple terms. Clear intent.

Bionado provides a link-in-bio platform, creator tools, analytics, and an optional partner program. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the service.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Bionado. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

You may not impersonate others, share your account, or use Bionado to abuse, harass, or deceive anyone.

You keep ownership of everything you create on Bionado. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You're responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to share it. We can remove content or links that violate these terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use Bionado to:

• Post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or violent content.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or abuse our APIs.
• Inflate clicks, conversions, or referrals through fraudulent means.

If you join the Bionado Partner Program, you earn commissions on qualifying referrals subject to the program's then-current terms. Only real, human traffic counts - bot, incentivized, or self-referred clicks may be voided.

Payouts are processed manually through the method you choose (such as PayPal or USDT). We may withhold payouts pending fraud review or to comply with applicable law.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, create risk for Bionado or other users, or use the service in a way that could expose us to legal liability.

You can close your account at any time from your settings. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Bionado is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bionado and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Bionado after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
